On August 17, 2022, Brett Chouinard, Altair Engineering Inc.’s (the “Company”) Chief Product and Strategy Officer, notified the Company that he would be stepping down from his position as Chief Product and Strategy Officer as of September 30, 2022 for personal reasons. In connection with his resignation, it is anticipated that Mr. Chouinard and the Company will enter into a separation agreement the terms of which are still being discussed between Mr. Chouinard and the Company.
