On September 14, 2020, Altair Engineering Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Univa Corporation, a leading innovator in enterprise-grade workload management, scheduling, and optimization solutions for HPC and artificial intelligence on-premises and in public clouds. Move Solidifies Altairs Leadership in Workload Management and Cloud Enablement for High Performance Computing
TROY, Mich.
